Dayma Property

We’ve been over here at Dayma Property for a bit now, right near the Rajasthan Dairy on Bal Udhyan Road in Uttam Nagar. It's a busy spot but we like it. People usually find us by looking for the dairy first. We deal with houses and land around here. It's just a small office. Sometimes it's quiet, and other times everyone wants to talk at once about rent or selling a place. We don't do anything fancy. You just come in and tell us what you're looking for. Usually, it's families looking for a bit more space or someone trying to move closer to work. We know the streets around Uttam Nagar pretty well because we live and work right here. The Rajasthan Dairy is a good landmark if you get lost coming down Bal Udhyan Road. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few of us sitting at desks trying to get paperwork sorted. Sometimes the tea is cold and the printer jams, but we get things done eventually. If you see the sign near the dairy, that’s us. We handle a lot of local listings that don't always make it online. It's mostly word of mouth. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings are going up where there used to be empty lots. If you need a hand with property stuff in this part of town, we're usually around during the day. Just stop by.
