We are located at 1161P in Sector 46 and have been around this neighborhood for quite some time now. Our small office is usually where we start the day with a bit of tea before the phone starts ringing. We don't have any fancy corporate offices or a big team of sales people in suits. It’s just us, working on local property stuff. Most days, we are out and about in the sector, checking on houses or meeting with people who want to rent a place. If you come by and the shutter is halfway down, we are probably just around the corner showing a property to someone. We know the streets here well and have seen how the area has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more going on. We handle the basic paperwork for sales and rentals because that’s what people need help with. We try to be straightforward about prices and what a building is actually like. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. People just want a decent place to live or work within their budget. We keep things pretty simple here and don’t go for big advertisements or loud slogans. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us by name. It’s a busy life, but it’s honest work and we like being part of the community here.
