Dainik Properties is located at Shop No 24 in the B Block of the Whs Timber Market in Kirti Nagar. We are not too far from Artemis Hospital, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Being in the timber market means it’s always a bit noisy and there are trucks moving around all the time. Our shop is a practical space where we handle property matters for the local community. We deal with a lot of commercial spaces because of where we are, but we also look at houses and plots in the surrounding blocks. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now and we know the ins and outs of Kirti Nagar pretty well. We don’t wear suits or act like we are in a big corporate tower. Most of the time, we are just in casual clothes, drinking tea and looking over floor plans or legal papers. People stop by to ask about shop rates or if there’s any warehouse space opening up nearby. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It’s a hardworking neighborhood and we fit right in with that. If you are looking for a spot in the B Block or anywhere near the market, we probably have some idea of what’s available. We just keep things moving and try to help our neighbors find what they need for their business.
