We are located in Palam Vihar, specifically in Sector 5. Our office is right opposite B Block, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us. Palam Vihar is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve enjoyed being part of the community here. The office itself is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s a bit lived-in, but that makes it comfortable. We focus on real estate around this part of town at D S Real Estates. People often stop by while they’re out for a walk or running errands. We know a lot of the neighbors by name. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk about what’s on the market and what might fit someone’s budget. Sometimes we have a lot of listings, and other times it’s quiet. That’s just the way it goes. We don't use a lot of fancy technology; we prefer talking face-to-face. The morning sun hits the front of the office, so it’s nice and bright early on. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We aren't corporate at all. It’s just us doing our thing in Sector 5. If you’re ever near B Block, you’ll likely see us sitting at our desks or chatting with someone at the door. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We try to be helpful whenever someone walks in.
