You can find D S Real Estate on the Palwal Sohana Road, specifically in the Jainda Pur area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where a lot of the new development is happening. The office is right on the main road, so it’s hard to miss if you’re driving between Palwal and Sohana. It’s a dusty stretch of road, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows, but that’s just part of being out here. We deal mostly with plots of land and bigger residential projects. It’s different from working in the middle of a crowded city. We have more space, but things move at a slightly slower pace. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s a simple building that serves its purpose. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for long-term investments or a place to build a house away from the noise. We sit here, drink our tea, and talk to whoever walks through the door. There’s no pressure or fancy presentations. We just show people the maps and take them out to see the actual land. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the sun showing boundaries. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just a reliable place for people in Jainda Pur who need some help with land. We keep things pretty informal.
