Our place of work is located at N 14/31 in DLF City Phase II. It is a residential area, so it stays fairly quiet during the day compared to the main roads. We have been operating this consultancy for quite some time now from this specific address. The office is basically a converted room that feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have some comfortable old chairs and a large table where we spread out maps of the different phases of DLF. We spend our time talking to people about where they might want to live or invest their money. It is not a high-pressure environment at all. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through our files. Since we are in Phase II, we know the local parks and the best routes to avoid traffic. We share this information with anyone who comes in. There is no receptionist or fancy lobby here. If the bell rings, one of us just goes to the door to see who it is. We prefer this direct way of doing things. Our records are all kept in metal cabinets that have seen better days, but they serve their purpose. We are just local people who know the area well and offer what we know to others who are interested. There are no sales pitches here, just regular conversation about local property.
