D. B. Samson Realtors is based out of Plot No.C-135 in Sushant Lok. We are right on the main road, which is great because everyone knows where the bus stand is. It gets a bit noisy with the buses pulling in and out all day, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet folks. Most of our work involves showing people around the different blocks in Sushant Lok. It’s a big area and things are always moving. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most people find us just by walking past on their way to the bus or because a neighbor mentioned our name. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving between different plots. The traffic on the main road can be a headache, especially in the evenings, but being centrally located helps us stay on top of what’s happening. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a water cooler that’s always getting used. It’s a basic operation. We just focus on knowing which houses are empty and which ones are coming up for rent. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes here near the stand. Sometimes the printer jams, but we manage to get the work done eventually.
