You can find our office at Plot No Wz 62/3 in Janakpuri. We are in the Poshangipur area, which is very close to the Central Arcade. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. The office itself is just a single room with a few chairs for visitors. We have been here for a good number of years and have seen many shops in the arcade change hands. We deal with local real estate, mostly helping people find apartments or small commercial spots nearby. Our desks are usually piled high with newspapers and handwritten notes about different plots. We do not use any fancy software to keep track of things; a simple ledger and a pen do the job just fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the steps and talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. It is a very relaxed environment, even though Janakpuri itself can be quite hectic. Most of our clients are people who live in the surrounding streets and know us by face. We do not do any big advertising or have a polished website. If someone needs help with a property, they usually just walk in and ask. We give them the facts as we know them and go from there. It is just the way things are done here.
