Over in Faridabad, specifically at 3F-96 in N.I.I, is where Crew Bos Products Ltd. has its setup. This part of Haryana is very industrial, so you’ll hear the sounds of machines and trucks all day long. Our place is right in the middle of it. We have a good amount of space here to handle the manufacturing and storage of our products. It’s a no-nonsense environment. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s going on at the workbenches. We deal with various materials every day, and there is a lot of hands-on work involved. The staff here is pretty small but everyone knows their job well. We have to be careful with the heat during the summer months because the building gets quite warm. We try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning before it gets too bad. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits; we’re all in work clothes because things can get a little messy. We’ve been in this part of Faridabad for a while and it suits the type of production we do. We just keep our heads down, watch our numbers, and make sure everything that leaves the building is done the way it’s supposed to be. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it’s what we know best and we stick to it.
