Cmd Realtors

So we are down here on the ground floor of Pal Tower. If you know MG Road, you know how busy it gets, especially being so close to Sikandar Pur. It is always noisy outside, but we like it because people can just walk in without having to deal with elevators or stairs. Cmd Realtors has been at this spot for some time now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs where we sit and talk about shops or flats. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we have to close the front door just to hear the phone ring. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at the listings we have written down. It is a simple setup really. There are lots of other offices in this building, but being right on the ground floor means we see everything that happens on the street. People often stop by just to ask for directions because of the location. We don't mind. It's just part of being in this area. We have been working around here long enough to know where most of the buildings are and who owns what. It's not a big corporate operation, just us handling things the way we always have. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork on the desks, but we know where everything is when someone asks about a property. We try to stay focused even when it is hectic outside on the road.
