City Zen Properties

City Zen Properties is tucked away at 94 Kailash Colony. We are specifically in the Zamrudpur area, right in the Sector 15A Market. It’s a lively place to be. There is always someone shouting or a car honking nearby because the market is so close. Our office isn’t very big, but it fits what we need. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks for writing down names and numbers. Working in Kailash Colony means we see all sorts of people. Some are looking for small flats and others want a spot for a new shop in the market. I usually get here early to beat the crowd. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We’ve got some old chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you sit in them. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going back and forth between the market and different buildings in Sector 15A. Sometimes we eat lunch at our desks because it gets busy. It’s an honest way to make a living. We know the shopkeepers around here and they know us. It feels like being part of a small community even though it’s a big city. We try to keep our paperwork in order despite the constant noise outside and the heat in the summer months.
