City Estate

City Estate is located at 2 DLF City Phase II, right on the Main Sector Road and quite close to the Gateway. It’s a very well-known spot, but our office itself is quite down-to-earth and simple. We’ve been working in this specific area for many years now, so we’ve seen first-hand how much the surroundings have changed over time. Most of our days are spent managing the different properties we have on our list. It involves a surprising amount of driving around and meeting people at various sites across the phase. When we are finally back at the office, we’re usually buried in paperwork or spending hours on the phone with property owners. The Main Sector Road is always packed with cars and buses, so we hear the constant honking all day long. It keeps us awake, if nothing else. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just know the buildings and the layout of DLF City like the back of our hands. We help people find places to stay or work, and we handle the boring parts like the contracts and the security deposits. It’s just a small group of us working here. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to keep the files from getting too messy. It’s honest, everyday work, and we like being right in the middle of all the action near the Gateway. It feels like we are right in the heart of things.
