Chhabra & Chhabra Properties is situated on the New Colony Main Road. We are quite close to the Raj Mahal, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business. Our office is a simple one, right on the ground level. We spend a lot of time sitting at the front where we can see the Main Road. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here, even if it’s just a business. We handle a lot of property matters for people in the New Colony area. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we are always cleaning the glass. We have an old sofa for people to wait on, and a table that has some rings from tea cups on it. The Raj Mahal is just a short walk away, so we often use that to explain our location. We don't have any fancy brochures or big advertisements. Most people just see the sign while they are walking or driving down the main road. It’s a practical way to work. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around here. The morning starts with sweeping the front and opening the doors. We stay until the street lights come on and the traffic thins out. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we like the rhythm of New Colony.
