Chaudhry Properties

Our office is in the Sector 21 A Shopping Centre, specifically at Shop No 66/67. It is a decent-sized space since we have two units joined together. We are right across the road from the Police Commissioner Office, so it is a very easy landmark for people to find. You can’t really miss that big building. Working here at Chaudhry Properties means we see a lot of activity every day. There is always someone coming or going from the commissioner’s place, and the shopping center stays busy with locals running errands. We like the spot because it’s right in the middle of things in Sector 21 A. We usually get to the office early to sort through the paperwork before the phone starts ringing too much. It’s a straightforward business here. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks for the staff. It’s not one of those high-rise glass offices, but it works well for us. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or people looking to move into this part of the city. We talk about the local market and what shops are coming up in the area. Being here for so long, we’ve seen the shopping center change and grow. It feels good to be part of the local community and help folks find a place that fits what they need in this specific part of town without any pressure or corporate sales talk.
