We’re located at Plot B 6 in the Qutub Institutional Area. It’s a bit of a specific spot, tucked away from the really noisy parts of the city. We’ve been doing this estate agency thing for a while. It’s mostly about knowing who is selling and who is looking to buy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to show people different spots. It’s not always a fast process. Real estate can be slow and sometimes frustrating with all the rules. We try to keep it as simple as possible for the people who come to us. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group here. We know each other well and we know the area. The Qutub area has its own feel, being near all the colleges and offices. We see a lot of students and professionals passing through. Our office is functional, meant for work rather than looking impressive. We’ve had the same furniture for years because it still works just fine. People come to us because they want someone who knows the local market without any extra fluff. We just tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we mention them. It’s better to be honest so we can keep looking our neighbors in the eye. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
