If you go down to the basement at Palam Vyapar Kendra, you’ll find our office. We are Chandrika Real Estate, located at 41 Palam Vihar Ext. The basement stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is a nice relief in the middle of summer. It’s not the most glamorous spot in the world, but it works perfectly for us. We handle a lot of local stuff right here in Palam Vihar. There’s always someone looking for a small shop or a flat around the extension. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing people around the various properties. The Vyapar Kendra is usually buzzing with people and noise, so there is always something to see. We’ve been in this basement office for a good while now. We keep things pretty low-key around here. No glossy brochures or expensive advertisements for us. Just our small team and the local contacts we’ve made. We know the layout of this area like the back of our hands. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get to it eventually. People in the neighborhood know they can just drop in and ask a quick question. We don't mind at all. It's just part of being a local business owner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy leather chairs. We just have what we need to get the work done. Palam Vihar Ext. is growing, and we are just trying to keep up with the changes.
