You can find Chanana Real Estate at number 121 in the Sector 22 Huda Market. We’re situated quite close to the Rotary Public School, so there are always people around and kids heading to class in the mornings. Our shop in the market isn't very large, but we’ve made the most of the space we have. It’s a typical market office with a couple of chairs and a lot of paperwork. I spend a lot of time here just waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Being in Huda Market means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We don't do anything too fancy with the decor. It’s just a place to work. The walls are a bit plain and the floor has some scuffs, but it’s a real office where real work gets done. We handle things for people around Sector 22 and the surrounding areas. Some days the market is really loud and busy, especially during the festival seasons, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on being here at 121 and being available when someone needs help with property. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like being near the school because it feels like a lively part of the community.
