Chahal Estate Agency. Our office is Shop No 1734 on Sahupura Road in Ballabgarh. We are in Sector No 62, which is quite close to the Ballabgarh Main Market. Because the market is so near, there’s always people around and the area is quite lively. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have some files, a calendar on the wall, and a few chairs for anyone who drops by. Most of the people we talk to are locals from around Sahupura or people looking to move closer to the market area. We’ve spent many years in this spot, so we’ve seen how the sector has grown. It’s not a fancy agency with computers everywhere; we still do a lot of things the old way with notebooks and personal visits. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon out looking at sites or meeting people at their homes. Dealing with estates here means knowing every corner of Sector 62. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, open the shop, and see who needs help with their property. It’s a simple business. The main market nearby brings in a lot of foot traffic, and that’s how many people find out about us. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving without making a big fuss. It’s just how we’ve always done things here on Sahupura Road.
