Chacha Property & Commission Agent. We've been here at Shop No. 893 in Nit for a while now. New Janta Colony is a busy place, and our shop is right in the middle of it. Most days start with opening the shutters and dusting off the plastic chairs. It’s not a big office, just a simple room where we sit and talk to people about land or houses. Sometimes it’s just locals stopping by to ask about what’s for sale nearby. We handle commission work too, which keeps us busy. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the colony. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. There’s more traffic now, and more shops have opened up around us. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls. It’s just us and a phone that rings quite a bit. People know us by name here. If you walk down the lane, you'll see the sign. It’s a practical way to spend the day, helping someone find a place to stay or sell a bit of property they don't need anymore. Sometimes we just sit out front when it’s not too hot and watch the street. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for years. No big corporate goals, just keeping the shop running and making sure the paperwork for the commission is right. We enjoy the local atmosphere here and plan to stay as long as we can.
