BUSINESSEX REALTY SERVICES PRIVATELIMITED

We are based in Unit 405B at Pinnacle Tower, right on Shooting Range Road in the Surajkund area. Businessex Realty Services Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of this office in Faridabad. It’s a decent building, though the elevators can be a bit slow when everyone is coming in for work in the morning. We spend most of our time looking at property listings and talking to people who want to buy or lease space. Surajkund is a pretty well-known spot, especially with the fairs they have, so there’s always something going on nearby. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary—just some computers, a couple of sofas for guests, and plenty of folders. We don't really do the whole corporate speech thing. We just tell people what the situation is with a property and help them through the steps. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud, but we manage. We’ve been in this 121009 area long enough to know how things work around here. It’s not always easy dealing with real estate, but we try to keep it simple. If someone needs a hand finding a place or needs help with the legal side of things, we do what we can. It’s just us trying to run a decent business in a busy part of town. We like being in Pinnacle Tower because it’s easy for people to find us.
