Our office is Shop No. 2 on Railway Road, inside Apna Enclave. We are located near Daulatabad More, which is a busy intersection that everyone around here knows. Being on Railway Road means we get a lot of people passing by our door every day. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now, helping people with their property needs. The shop is small and practical. We have a few chairs for guests and a desk where we handle all the forms and documents. We don't go in for fancy lighting or expensive furniture. We prefer to keep things simple and honest. Most of our work involves houses and plots in the Apna Enclave area and the surrounding neighborhoods. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking around and talking to people about what’s happening in the local market. It’s a hands-on job. We know the history of many of the buildings around Daulatabad More. People come to us because we are local and we don't use any confusing jargon. We just talk like normal people. If a place has issues, we mention them. If it’s a good deal, we say that too. It’s just about being straightforward with the people who live in our community. We are usually in the shop most days, so anyone can just drop by for a chat about local real estate. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
