Bhavya Estate

We are over at O-10 in DLF City Phase I. This part of the city is quite different from the older areas. The roads are a bit wider here, but it still gets quite busy during the rush hours. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a house than a big corporate block. We have a small yard out front where some grass and a few weeds grow. Inside, we’ve turned one of the main rooms into our working space. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of extension cords for our chargers and lamps. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and old directories from years ago. Phase I is a large area, and we are just tucked away in one corner of it. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. There’s a small kitchen in the back where we make our lunch or boil water for our tea. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere in the office. We don't wear suits or anything formal. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts. We spend our time checking through listings and talking to people who are looking for places around DLF. It’s a steady kind of work and we enjoy the pace. We like the relative quiet of the O block. It’s a good place to sit and focus. We've been here for quite some time now.
