Bhatia Property

Bhatia Property is situated at 162/9 Shiv Puri, and we are right near Parnami Bhawan. It’s a local neighborhood office where we’ve been helping people with their real estate needs for a good number of years. Shiv Puri has a very specific feel to it, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our work mostly involves talking to neighbors and finding out who is looking to move or who has a spare room or shop to let out. We don't have a corporate headquarters or a bunch of managers; it’s just us here in the office. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing property prices with anyone who drops in. Most of the people we work with are from right here in the area or have family nearby. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It’s a lot of legwork, going from one building to another and making sure the keys are in order. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized with all the different papers, but we always manage to find what we need. We just like helping people find a spot that works for them without making it a whole big production. It’s a modest business and we take things as they come. Being near Parnami Bhawan means we get a lot of foot traffic, which is good for keeping our ears to the ground about what is happening in Shiv Puri.
