Our office is located at D 6/11 on the ground floor of the Exclusive Floors in DLF Phase 5, right on Dakshini Marg. It’s a busy part of the development and we’ve been here since these buildings were relatively new. As Bhasin Property Consultant, we spend our days dealing with the specific details of this neighborhood. DLF Phase 5 has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned the ins and outs of the rules over the years. We work out of the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in when they are out for a stroll or coming back from work. We handle a lot of the residential stuff around here, like the various floors and apartments that people are looking to rent or buy. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a receptionist. We are just a few people who know the buildings and the local maintenance staff quite well. Sometimes the paperwork for these places can be a bit of a hassle because of all the signatures required, but we help get it sorted out eventually. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just show up every morning, answer the phone, and show people the properties that are available right now. It’s a very direct way of working without any fluff. People around here seem to like that we don't make a big fuss and just focus on getting the job done.
