We’ve been sitting here at our office in 151/161 Sector 14 for quite a while now. Most people around here know where we are because we’ve seen the neighborhood change so much over the years. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our mornings just catching up with folks who drop by to ask about what’s available nearby. Bhardwaj Properties isn't some big fancy firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here making sure we keep track of who is selling and who wants to move in. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy and the filing cabinet is overflowing, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We handle things like local plots and house rentals right here in the sector. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing the streets and the people living on them. There isn't much to it other than showing up and being honest about what a place looks like. If a house has a leaky roof or the road gets flooded during the rains, we just say it. We don't see any point in making things sound better than they are. People come to us because they want to stay in this part of town and we happen to know it well. You can usually find us having tea or looking through old files in the afternoon. It's a simple operation and that is how we like to keep it. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical space.
