Bhardwaj Properties

Bhardwaj Properties is situated at Shop No 161 in Sector 14. This is a pretty central spot for us, and being in a shop makes us very accessible to anyone walking by. We’ve been in the real estate business here for some time, and we mostly focus on what’s happening right in our neighborhood. It’s a simple setup—just a desk, some files, and a couple of chairs for visitors. We don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If someone is looking for a place, we show them what we have on our list. If they want to sell, we help them find a buyer. Most of our work is about knowing who is moving and who is looking. It involves a lot of networking and just being present in the market. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches; we are just here in Sector 14. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people who live in the blocks. It’s a very local way of working. Some days we are really busy with people coming in and out, and other days it’s just about catching up on phone calls. We try to keep it honest and practical. It’s just us doing our job in the local property market, helping out our neighbors and anyone else who needs it. We’ve been sitting in this shop for years, watching the sector change and grow into what it is today.
