Bhadana Estate Agency

Bhadana Estate Agency is based out of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. Our address is D-9/1, which is right in the middle of all the industrial activity. If you've ever been to Okhla, you know it's a lot of warehouses and factories and small offices like ours. It can be quite a walk if you don't know exactly which block you're looking for. We have been working in this area for a good while now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about industrial spaces or commercial plots around here. It’s a bit of a dusty area with a lot of trucks moving around, but it’s where all the work happens. We don't have a flashy front office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet clients. Real estate in an industrial zone is different from residential stuff. You deal with different rules and different types of needs. We just try to keep up with it all. Some days are long, especially when we have to go out and inspect sites in the heat. We aren't much for fancy talk or marketing. We just know Okhla Phase I pretty well because we spend all our time here. If someone needs a spot for their business, we see what's available. It’s simple work, even if the logistics get complicated sometimes. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with being in an industrial hub.
