We are located right in the heart of Chandni Chowk at Bazar Ballimaran. Our office is on the ground floor at B 5095, which is pretty close to Hotel Park Plaza. If you know the area, you know how packed and energetic it is every single day. There’s always someone shouting, cycles moving past, and the smell of food in the air. We’ve been operating from this ground floor spot for a long time. It’s a small space, but it’s right where the action is. Most of our work involves the old buildings and commercial spaces around these narrow lanes. It takes a lot of patience to work in real estate here because everything is so old and the records can be messy. We spend our days talking to shopkeepers and families who have been in Ballimaran for generations. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they’re already in the bazaar or someone told them about us. We keep our paperwork in order as much as possible, though the dust from the street always finds its way in. It is a very hands-on job. We have to walk everywhere because cars don't fit in most of these alleys. It’s a unique place to work, and we just try to be helpful to the people who are trying to navigate the property market in this historic part of town.
