Besoto Systems Private Limited operates out of two spots in Faridabad. Our main setup, Plant 1 and the corporate space, is at 32 DLF Industrial Estate Phase 1. Then we have Plant 2 just down the way at number 100 in the same estate. Having two locations in one area keeps us moving back and forth quite a bit. It’s a busy industrial zone, and there’s always a lot of activity on the streets. We’ve been in Phase 1 for a while now. The buildings are standard industrial structures, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the production lines and keeping the plants running smoothly. It’s a lot of work managing two different sites, but we’ve got a routine down. The staff knows the shortcut between the two buildings. We don’t spend much time on fancy office decor. Most of our focus is on the factory floor and making sure the machines are doing what they should. Faridabad is a tough, hardworking city, and we feel like we fit right in here. There’s always dust and the sound of trucks, but that’s the reality of an industrial estate. We just focus on the daily output and getting things shipped on time. It’s a straightforward operation. No big speeches, just plenty of work to get through. It takes a lot of coordination to keep both plants going.
