Bareja Properties

You can find our office at 87 Sector 23 on Palam Road in the Urban Estate area. It is a well-known part of the sector and we are right there where all the action happens on the main road. The office is a straightforward space with a few desks and a bench for people to wait on. It gets pretty busy because of the traffic on Palam Road, and the sound of horns is something we hear all day long. We have been operating out of this Urban Estate location for a long time, so most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. Our walls are decorated with some old framed photos of the city and a big calendar to keep track of our appointments. We don't use any fancy software, just some big ledgers and our notebooks to write everything down. Usually, one of us is out showing a property while the other stays back to handle the walk-ins. It is a simple life at Bareja Properties. We spend a lot of time drinking water from the cooler and talking to folks who are looking to move into the sector. The office floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking in and out over the years. We stay open throughout the week and usually finish up once the evening market starts to get crowded. It is just a regular local business doing its thing in the heart of the estate.
