Sadar Bazar is the kind of place that never really stops moving. We are located at 8 Sadar Bazar, up on the first floor. It is actually right opposite Balaji Restaurant, which is how most people find us if they get lost in the crowd. Working out of Balaji Property Dealer means we hear the sounds of the market all day long. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a decent place to sit and talk. We have been here for a long time, watching the market change. Our office is filled with old files and maps of the local area. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy presentations. We just talk to the people who come in and try to help them find what they need in the bazar or the surrounding streets. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, dealing with all the paperwork and the different personalities that come through the door, but we enjoy being in the middle of it all. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around to show people different properties nearby. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office; we just want to be a place where locals can come and get their property questions answered without any fuss. It’s just how we’ve always done things here in Sadar Bazar.
