We have been over here at 2 Sushant Lok Phase I for quite some time now. Most people know the Vyapar Kender as a place where you can find just about anything if you look hard enough. Our small office is right in the middle of all that activity. Every morning we show up, unlock the shutters, and start the day with a bit of cleaning while the rest of the market wakes up. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s where we do our business every day. Usually, we are busy answering the phone or looking through local listings on our old desks. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job when someone stops by to ask about rentals or what’s happening in the neighborhood. Sushant Lok has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen shops come and go. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they were already in the building getting something else done. We don't have a big sign or anything. It's just a place where we sit and talk to people who need help with property stuff. Sometimes we are out on the field looking at sites, so the office might be empty for an hour, but someone is usually back soon. It's just the way things work around here at Balaji Properties & Consultant. We keep it simple and just focus on what needs to get done for whoever walks through the door.
