Ayushmaan Properties

We are located right in Sector 52, just across from Tau Dev Dayal Park. If you know the sabji mandi here, you know exactly where we are. It gets pretty busy and loud in the mornings when the vendors are out, but that is just how things go in this part of town. Ayushmaan Properties is just a small office where a few of us sit and try to help people figure out their housing stuff. We have been in this spot for a good while now. The park across the street is nice for a walk when things get too quiet in the office. Most days, we just drink tea and talk to neighbors who drop by after finishing their grocery shopping at the market. There isn't anything fancy about how we work. We just know the local blocks and who is moving out or looking for a place to stay. Sometimes the fans make too much noise, or we run out of biscuits, but we get the job done. It is a simple setup. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s mostly just me and a couple of guys I've known for years. We handle the paperwork and show people around the nearby sectors when they ask. Dealing with property is just what we do to keep busy and earn a living here. If you are ever near the mandi, you might see our sign. It's nothing special but it's home.
