Asian Hmp International Pvt Ltd is located out at Plot No 3 on Malerna Road in Ballabhgarh. If you know the area, it’s mostly industrial, so there’s always a lot of dust in the air and trucks rumbling past the gate. Our place isn’t anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a regular gate and a yard where things get loaded. Inside, it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a factory setting. We have some office space and the production floor where the real work happens. It gets quite hot in the summer months, and the fans just move the warm air around, but we keep at it. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits. We deal with a lot of heavy materials and shipping schedules, so things can get a bit frantic toward the end of the month. Malerna Road can be a bit of a mess when it rains, with the puddles and the traffic jams, but we usually make it in on time. We have a small area where we take our breaks and have some tea. It’s a straightforward operation without any big corporate frills. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the machines are running right. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Ballabhgarh every day. We don't have much time for small talk when the deadlines are tight and the lorries are waiting out front.
