Aryan Estate

Our little spot is located at Q 424 in Sector 40, right near the Community Center. It’s a convenient location because everyone knows where the center is. We’ve been based here for a while, and it feels like a real part of the neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle all the local property inquiries. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and writing down notes about who is moving in or out. Because we are so close to the Community Center, we see a lot of people walking by every day. Sometimes they just pop in to ask about a house they saw down the street. We don't have a big sales pitch or a glossy brochure. We just tell people what we know about the houses around Sector 40. It’s a quiet area mostly, which we appreciate. We do a lot of walking around the blocks here to stay updated on which plots are being worked on or which houses are getting a fresh coat of paint. It’s all very hands-on. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology, just our ledgers and some local maps we’ve marked up over the years. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and the people who live nearby. We’ve gotten to know the rhythms of this sector pretty well. It’s just us doing our daily rounds and keeping the office open for whoever stops by.
