Arshya Engineers & Fabrications Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Gadhpuri, right near the Piyala area. It’s a place where there is always the smell of metal and the sound of welding going on. We started this because we knew how to build things and fix things. The facility isn't some high-tech lab; it’s a workshop with heavy machinery and stacks of steel. Some days it’s incredibly hot under the tin roof, but that’s part of the job. We have a few guys who have been welding for decades, and they don’t say much, they just get to it. The location in Gadhpuri is convenient for getting materials in and out, though the roads can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We don’t spend much time on office work or making things look pretty for visitors. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in some dust. We make parts and structures that people need for their own projects or businesses. It’s practical work that requires a bit of muscle and a lot of focus. Sometimes we run into problems with a design, and we have to sit down and figure it out on a scrap of paper. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people who know their trade. We’ve been part of this little industrial pocket for a while now, just keeping our heads down and doing the fabrication work.
