We're located over at C 1067 in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are right near the Fatima Convent School, which is a big help when people are trying to find our office. Arora & Company Real Estate Pvt Ltd has been in this neighborhood for a while. Having the school nearby means there’s a lot of activity in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. Our office is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with clients. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a workspace that fits what we do. Sushant Lok Phase I is a nice area and we've seen it develop quite a bit. We spend a lot of time walking around and checking out different properties to see what's on the market. Most of our work is just talking to people and trying to figure out what they need. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what's available and let people decide for themselves. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the brochures and paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation and we like it that way.
