We are located over at 33 Raj Nagar, right near the Chaddar Godown. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area well. This place has been our base for quite some time now. Most days, one of us is just sitting here at the desk going through papers or taking calls about different plots and houses nearby. We don't have any big corporate setup or fancy decorations in the office. It is just a workspace where we get things done. People from around the neighborhood stop by often just to chat or ask what the prices are looking like these days. We know this part of Raj Nagar inside out because we spend all our time here. Dealing with property is mostly about keeping track of who is moving where and making sure the documents are right. It can be a bit slow sometimes, especially when the weather is bad, but we stay open. If the Chaddar Godown is behind you, we are right there. We don't do much advertising because most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us handling the daily tasks and talking to folks who need a hand with their property stuff. We like it this way. It stays quiet enough to focus but busy enough to keep the lights on. That is basically what we do every day.
