Apna Estate

Apna Estate is located in Sector 9 on Sheetal Mata Road. It’s a busy spot, and we get quite a bit of foot traffic from people just wandering by. We are a small local agency, and we don't pretend to be anything else. Our office is a bit small and often has stacks of files and maps lying around. We spend our days answering the phone and showing people various flats and shops in the area. We’ve been around Sector 9 for a while, so we know the local landlords and which buildings are managed well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or try to push people into things they don't want. We just show the property, tell them the rent or the price, and let them decide. It’s a straightforward way of working. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, especially with all the different rules in this part of town, but we do our best to keep up. We are just regular people who need to pay the bills, so we work hard and try to be honest about what we're selling. If a place has a noisy neighbor or a plumbing issue, we usually mention it. It’s just easier than having someone complain to us later. We like being part of the Sheetal Mata Road community and seeing familiar faces every day while we work.
