Anurag Real Estate

Our office, Anurag Real Estate, is tucked away on the 1st Floor at F-124 in Safdarjung Enclave. We are in the Mohammadpur area, quite close to what people call the Farm Land. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but once you find it, it’s easy enough. We’ve been operating from this floor for a good while. The space is filled with old files, maps of the area, and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't go in for anything corporate or polished. It's just a local office where we do our work. Most of our days are spent talking to people who want to move into Safdarjung Enclave or are looking for something in Mohammadpur. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we just sit and drink tea while looking out at the neighborhood. Other times, the phone won’t stop ringing with questions about rentals or sales. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk up those stairs to see us. It’s a simple life, dealing with property and legal papers every day. We’ve seen the enclave change over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like being part of this community near the farm land. We just try to keep everything in order.
