Anuj Properties

Our office is over in Sector 41, in the Anuj Building, which is right near Uniworld City. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy to point out to people who aren't from around here. We call ourselves Anuj Properties, and we’ve been working out of this building for a good length of time. The area around Uniworld City has seen a lot of development lately, so we stay pretty busy keeping track of all the new things popping up. We aren't one of those high-end corporate firms with glass elevators. We’re just a local group of people who know the local market. Inside the building, things are pretty simple. We have our files, some coffee, and a few places for people to sit and talk. We don't use scripts or prepared speeches when we talk to our clients. We just have a conversation about what they are looking for and what we’ve seen available in the sector lately. Sector 41 is a good place to be, and we enjoy the daily routine of meeting new people and helping them find their way around the property market. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just do the work, show the properties, and handle the paperwork as it comes. It’s a regular job and we try to do it as honestly as we can every day.
