Ankur Real Estate is located at house 670 in Sector 52. We are right near the Appolo Hospital, which is a big landmark most people know. Being in this part of town means we see a lot of activity every day. It’s a residential area mostly, so we deal with a lot of house hunters and people looking to move closer to work or the hospital. The office is pretty basic. We have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We started this because we liked the idea of helping neighbors find the right spots. Sector 52 has grown so much in the last few years, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at plots and checking out new apartment buildings. It is a lot of legwork. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our clients come from word of mouth or people just seeing our sign while they are visiting the hospital. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to a client about their family needs. Every house hunt is different. Some people want a balcony, others need a quiet corner. We just try to find what fits without making any big promises we can't keep. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late. We just like being part of the local community here.
