We are located at 20 Delhi Road, right in Kallan Market. It’s directly opposite the AF Central School, so we hear the school bells and the kids all through the day. The market is always moving, with people coming and going for all sorts of errands. Our shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we sit and talk about local properties. We’ve been on Delhi Road for a long time, so we know the local shops and the people who run them. It’s a bit of a dusty road sometimes, especially when the traffic picks up in the evening. We mostly focus on the houses and plots around this area of town. People drop in when they are passing by the school or doing their shopping in the market. We don’t use any complicated systems or big sales pitches. It’s more about just knowing who wants to sell and who is looking to buy. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s usually some chai going and we just talk through the options. It’s honest work, and it keeps us connected to the community. If you see the school, you’ve basically found us. We’re just across the road in that row of shops. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy with the local crowd. Most days are just spent answering questions and looking at some papers. That’s about it for us and how we do things in the market.
