Alliance Realtor is tucked away at 68 DLF City Phase II. We are quite close to Sahara Mall, which makes it easy to find us if you’re in the area. The office is a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s Gurgaon, so things move fast around here, and we try to keep up without getting too stressed out. We’ve been in Phase II for a bit, watching the buildings go up and the roads change. Our setup is pretty basic—just desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the walls. We aren't interested in being flashy or sounding like a big corporate entity. We just talk to people about where they want to stay or work. Some days are slow, and we just sit and drink tea, while other days everyone wants something at the same time. It’s a bit of a juggle. Being near the mall means there’s always people walking by, but we mostly deal with folks who specifically look for us. We know the blocks around here like the back of our hand. It’s just regular work, really. Dealing with landlords and tenants and all the paperwork that comes with it. We don't promise the world, we just show what’s on the market and help with the signing part. It’s a decent way to earn a living in this part of town. We are usually here if anyone needs a hand with local property or just needs some information.
