Ajay Motors Properties is situated at Plot No 13/A in the Ss Industrial Area of Faridabad N I T. We are quite close to the Shivala Mandir, which is where most people look for when they are trying to navigate this part of the industrial zone. The area around Plot 13/A is mostly workshops and factories, so it gets quite loud during the day with all the machinery. We have a modest setup here. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there isn't much green grass around, just lots of concrete and steel. We deal with properties and motor-related business from this location. The Shivala Mandir is a good landmark because the streets in the industrial area can look a bit the same if you aren't from around here. We’ve been at this Faridabad spot for a while now. The office is practical. We have some chairs for visitors and a couple of old filing cabinets. It’s not a shiny corporate office. We like it that way because it fits the vibe of the Ss Industrial Area. People drop in to talk about shop space or land. We drink a lot of tea and look at local maps. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans going. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing near the mandir. We are usually here early before the main traffic starts.
