Aditya Associates

We are based at Shop No-14 in the Des Raj Market, over in Sarai, Sector 37. Being near the Anangpur Dairy makes it easy for people to explain to their friends where we are located. Aditya Associates has been here for a bit of time. It is a local market, so it always has a bit of a buzz and people are always chatting. Our office is just a regular shopfront like any other. We aren't a big company with branches all over the place. It is just this one place where we handle all the property stuff. People often stop by after they finish doing their daily shopping or on their way home from work. We talk about what is for rent or what might be selling in the sector that week. It is mostly local news and local property talk. We don't have a big marketing budget for ads or anything like that. We just rely on being here and knowing the people who live in the area. Some days it is very quiet, and we just catch up on our books and records. Other days, it feels like everyone wants to move houses all at once. We handle the paperwork and the meetings without much fuss or drama. It is a bit of a tight space when it gets crowded, but it works fine for us.
