Aditi Estate

You can find Aditi Estate at Shop No 19 on the ground floor in Kidwai Nagar. It’s very close to Ansal Plaza, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people around. Being on the ground floor is good because people don’t have to climb any stairs to reach us. The shop is small and has a simple setup. I’ve got my main desk and a couple of extra chairs for whenever a family comes in. Kidwai Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of government quarters and shops. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change as Ansal Plaza got bigger. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while I work on my ledgers. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people are out shopping and they drop in to ask about flat prices. The office isn't fancy, just some plain walls and a tiled floor that I sweep every morning. We deal with all sorts of properties, mostly just helping people find a place that fits their budget. It’s a lot of talking to people and making sure the paperwork is okay. I drink a lot of tea throughout the day and watch the cars go by toward the plaza. It’s a honest living and we just keep things simple. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us by name. It’s a nice little spot to work.
