Our place is at Plot No.798 in Sector 69, right in the Imt area. It is a busy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Accord Automation Pvt.Ltd. has been here for a good amount of time. We aren't a big, flashy corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone with a screwdriver or a multimeter in their hand. We mostly deal with panels and automation systems, which means a lot of wiring and testing. The floor is usually covered in bits of wire and old manuals. It’s a bit messy, but we know where every tool is kept. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or assembling components for different projects. The weather gets really hot in this part of the country, so we have a few fans going all day long. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just care about getting the machines to run the way they should. If someone stops by, they’ll probably find us mid-task. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the traffic. It’s a steady, honest life here at the plot. We don't have a complicated mission statement. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything we send out actually works. It is what we’ve always done.
