Our place is at House Number 1603 in Sector 16, Faridabad. Sector 16 is a decent area, quite central and easy to get to if you’re coming from different parts of the city. We have a regular house that we use for our office work. It’s got a bit of a garden out front, though we aren’t always great at keeping the weeds down. Inside, it’s mostly desks and computers where we manage everything. We are a small group of people who have been working together for a while. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We just sit together and figure things out as they come. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have meetings over lunch at the kitchen table. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. It’s a bit messy at times, honestly. But that’s because we are actually busy doing the work instead of worrying about how the shelves look. We like the neighborhood because it’s quiet enough to concentrate but close enough to the main roads. We don’t have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just try to stay organized and help out whoever we are working with that day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Haryana. We take things as they come and try to keep the atmosphere friendly for everyone involved.
