Aashiyana Realtors is tucked away in the lower ground floor at Lg-16 in Shubham Plaza. Sector-16 is a busy area, but being in the basement level makes it a bit quieter for us. We’ve been in this plaza for a while now. It’s not the biggest office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on the properties around this sector and the nearby blocks. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through local listings. Since we are in the lower ground, sometimes people miss us, but the regulars know exactly where we are. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who have lived around here for years. We know which buildings are good and which ones have issues that might not be obvious at first. We don’t try to sugarcoat things when people ask for advice. It’s a basic office with some chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at flats and meeting owners. Shubham Plaza is a decent landmark, so it’s not too hard to find us if you’re looking. We don’t do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a steady pace of work. We just keep track of the local real estate and try to be helpful whenever someone walks down the stairs to our door.
